Starting six weeks out, we step in to tie up loose ends, confirm vendors, and finalize a seamless timeline so nothing is left to chance. We will assist with your wedding rehersal to make sure everyone feels confident going into the ceremony day. On the big day, we’ll take care of set-up and tear-down of your DIY décor, bringing your vision to life while you stay present and stress-free. You’ll also have access to our growing complimentary decor catalogue to elevate your design, plus a one-hour wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.

Beginning 4 weeks prior to your celebration, we step in to manage final logistics, confirm vendors, and ensure every detail is seamlessly executed.
During the final weeks, we’ll review your timeline, coordinate vendor communication, and address any last-minute changes so nothing is overlooked. We will be present to assist with the wedding rehearsal to keep everyone on the same page before the big day. On the wedding day, we provide on-site coordination from first vendor until first dance and decor setup to ensure everything unfolds effortlessly behind the scenes—allowing you to be fully present and enjoy each moment.

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll connect through an initial consultation, unlimited communication, and a final planning meeting 2–3 weeks prior to review timelines, floor plans, and all the lil details. On your wedding day, we serve as the main point of contact for vendors, oversee decor setup, manage the timeline, and coordinate the ceremony & reception. From the arrival of your first vendor until the time the dance floor opens, we handle the logistics behind the scenes—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Our Details and Direction package is designed for couples who don’t require full-day coverage but would like professional assistance for specific aspects of their wedding. This flexible option allows you to book coordination services on an hourly basis, whether you need help with your ceremony, reception, rehearsal, timeline support, or a pre-wedding consultation.
Beginning with an initial consultation and a planning meeting 2–3 weeks prior, we’ll review your needs and focus on the details relevant to your booked hours. During on-site coverage, we serve as the main point of contact for vendors, assist with simple decor setup (decor must be onsite), manage the timeline for the hours selected, and ensure smooth ceremony execution. With a minimum four-hour booking, this package provides just the right amount of support—so you can feel confident and present, knowing the lil details are handled.
Overview
This package is made for the DIY couple that has everything planned but doesn't want the stress of setting up and taking down their ceremony and/or reception space. This is a basic package and doesn't include the set up of tables, chairs, AV equipment, lighting, chair covers/sashes, or cleaning of the venue.
